Justin Birtwell loves coaching people so they can maximize their talents to achieve success.  He believes that all people have innate talents that are often unrecognized, overlooked, or unused.

Since 2016 Justin has run his own consulting/coaching practice dedicated to maximizing individual and organizational success through talent development. Most of his clients come from the non-profit/educational sector including Save the Children, The Clinton Foundation, IAVI, Harvard University, the University of Connecticut, and Quinnipiac University to name a few.

Before this he spent 10 years working as the Associate Director of Talent Development at Save the Children, a global non-profit delivering life-saving interventions in child health, education, and protection in the US and around the world where he designed and delivered leadership programs in the US around the world.

For the 12 years before joining Save the Children Justin was a technology instructor delivering learning events for Fortune 500 companies. 

In addition to his Master of Science in Computer Science, Justin has received accreditations as an MBTI practitioner, and Gallup certified Strengths coach, and a Certified Performance and Learning Professional by the Association of Talent Development.  He lives in Newtown, CT with his wife and 2 children
